Double record release w/ Dear Blackwolf, Edward Sayers (band), The Kickback & When We Was Young

Lee's Palace, 529 Bloor Street West, Toronto

Dear Blackwolf and Edward Sayers have both put out some fantastic music recently and we are gathering at the one and only Lee's Palace. Will be joined by Chicago's The Kickback and an opening set by When We Was Young. Doors at 9.

The Kickback at 12:10 - https://www.facebook.com/thekickback?fref=ts

Chicago's The Kickback are out on tour in support of "Sorry All Over the Place" their brand new release which I guess makes this a triple release if you really want to get technical about it. They play awesome guitar driven indie-rock that to me brings to mind what I love about Nada Surf. Saw them a few years back and they rule live.

Dear Blackwolf at 11:15 - https://www.facebook.com/Dear-Blackwolf-730875293626985/timeline/

Dear Blackwolf have a sound, they call it rumble. You might call it dirty heavy blues. Check out their new video here: http://noisey.vice.com/en_ca/blog/premiere-dear-blackwolf-style-video-2015 and come out and rumble with them at Lee's.

Edward Sayers at 10:20 - https://www.facebook.com/edwardgsayersmusic?fref=ts

Edward Sayers is a young blues prodigy in the making. Fresh off his first significant tour out to the East Coast, Edward is reuniting with his band to play an album release gig celebrating the record they put out just before hitting the road. Expect to be swooned, rocked and leave wanting more.

When We Was Young at 9:30 - https://www.facebook.com/WhenWeWasYoung?fref=ts

"WWWY combines rural and city rock to celebrate whiskey soaked pursuits." And the guys are back hitting it hard after a long hiatus due to a myriad of uncontrollable issues. Come early and celebrate at Lee's!
